The Allen Education Fund strives to contribute to Title 1 educators and classrooms across the state of Florida.
* Grant awards will include the shipping rate for all physical materials. AEF will have materials shipped directly to the school.
* Online subscriptions and/or Professional Development Registrations will be secured along with accompanying materials in one purchase order up to the amount of the grant award. No additions will be allowed after initial purchase.
By submitting a project application to receive an educational grant from the Allen Education Fund Inc, you agree with the following terms and conditions:
1. You agree to use the materials and/or professional development services as stated in your submitted project proposal which is included as an attachment to this agreement. You also agree to complete the project in its entirety.
2. Eligibility Requirements: You agree that you are an instructional employee of a state of Florida Title 1 school.
3. You agree that you have a valid Florida Professional Education license and will be duly certified throughout the completion of your project.
4. Program Reporting: You agree to submit an “Appreciation Package” to the Allen Education Fund, which includes a report and photos summarizing the impact the implementation of your project had on your students and/or your teaching experience. Include any relevant data supporting your impact statements (if applicable). Share photos that document your project in action, materials, and/or student work samples.
5. All remaining funds from grant awards after purchasing the materials, equipment, subscriptions, registrations, etc. to fulfill a proposed project will be recuperated by Allen Education Fund.
